Today’s episode is with superstar body transformation specialist, personal trainer, coach and musician Lewis Blyth. 

Lewis was in the Navy but managed to get out (crazy story about that) and decided to move to Dubai to pursue his fitness goals.

Now, he’s transforming some of the UK’s biggest artists, including Schak and Patrick Topping.

I wanted to understand how a lad from the north east could go on to create a business from nothing to becoming one of the best PT’s in the region.
